  • The Boatflex service fee is non-refundable. If there is a complaint from either party, notice must be given to Boatflex within 24 hours of check-in. Boatflex will mediate when necessary, and has the final say in all disputes. A reservation is officially canceled when the guest clicks the cancellation button. For a 50% refund, cancellation must be made 60 full days prior to listing’s local check in time. If the guest cancels less than 60 days in advance, the days not spend are not refunded. If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, the days not spent are not refunded.

    The deposit will be returned as soon as your booking period is complete, and no insurance claims has been made by the boat owner.

    You will see the amount of the deposit on the specific boat listing, as it is each boat owners responsibility to set the deposit price for their own boat.
